Yes, at this current time you will require an appointment. This lets us provide a personal private intimate bridal experience that every bride deserves!
Timing is everything! When you are ready to commit to a gown for your special day I suggest you book your appointment. We do carry many gowns that you can take home the day of your appointment, those gowns can go out the door quickly! We also have the ability to order gowns some can take up to 5 months to come in, so please keep that in mind.
We do ask some questions when you book an appointment to help make your experience the best it can be.
When is your wedding date? (The big day)
What is your street size? (example 6, 10, 18, 24)
What is budget? (we strive to keep within a brides budget)
How many guests will be present and do you require a video link?
Choosing your dress for the BIG day can be overwhelming and sometimes too many opinions can confuse a bride. We ask that you keep your guests to 5 (including the bride). If you have family or friends that can not come to the appointment for whatever reason let us know and we have to capability to send a zoom video link and your appointment can be viewed on a large screen! This does need to be pre set prior to your consult. We want our brides to feel safe and comfortable!
We LOVE both children and fur babies! To have a professional private bridal experience we kindly ask that you leave them at home with there favourite sitter so they can have special time with them! Newborn babies & registered therapy dogs naturally are the exception. Please let us know at the time booking if there will be a therapy dog in attendance. Mind you we love to see pictures, so bring them on!
We highly recommend that you bring nude undergarments/shapewear and a strapless bra if possible. If you know the shoes or at least the height of heel (if your are wearing heels) bring those as well.
We carry sizes from 00 to 36 depending on the designer. If you have a specific size please let us know so we can accommodate your consult.
What a great question! We have preferred seamstress outside the boutique that are local to the area. We want to ensure you have the perfect fit of your gown on one of the biggest days of your life! Our seamstresses have been in the business for over 30 years each and are VERY talented!
Do you do holds or returns?
As we do carry gowns that can be taken home that day we do not do "holds". All wedding gown purchases are final sale.
We like to be very respectful of every brides budget. We carry gowns up to $3000 by special order. We have a range from $500 upwards.
